House Update

We went again yesterday to see the progress on the house. We can't stay away from the house :) I wish we could sit in it all day! (I wish they move the Dumpster and bathroom away from the front of out house, it makes for terrible pictures!!)

Happy Birthday Jeff

Jeff celebrated his 25th birthday on Thursday. I tried to make it special for him as I have been fussing over Liberty's up and coming birthday a lot this past week :) So I made him breakfast of biscuits and gravy in the morning. And he opened his present. Beatles Rock Band! After breakfast we played Rock Band for a little bit. Jeff didn't have to go in til 11 so it was nice to spend the morning with him.


After Jeff left for work I headed to my moms to work on his cake. Jeff LOVES Lego's and had hinted many times that he wanted a Lego birthday party. Yes this is his 25th birthday haha Little boys never get old right :)
So I thought I would make him this awesome LEGO cake. I don't know why I always do this to my self. I am not a talented and crafty person at all. I like to think and pretend I am but I'm not! Maybe I have been watching to many CAKE BOSS episodes cause in my head I really thought I was going to make this AWESOME cake. Well after a VERY long day and one disaster after another this is what the cake looked like LOL A pile of mess with frosting on it. Oh well I learned my lesson and Liberty's cake WILL be store bought. :)

And of course being the most wonderful husband he is Jeff loved the cake. I guess that's all that matters.

I was also supposed to make him his favorite dinner but after my long day of cake mess Jeff kindly said I didn't have to make dinner. What a horrible wife. To make it sound a little better we were both still very full from our lunch together at Someburros

Cabin Trip

Last Weekend we took my family up to the Williamson's Cabin. We had so much fun. We only wished we could of stayed longer! Lots of pictures to so many words haha. It was nice to get away and spend our last few days with Kelsey at the cabin. I'm so happy all the kids were able to come it is a rare occasion when we get all the kids on a trip

We took everyone to the tubs I'm surprised so many of us got it :)

Kelsey and I were the first ones in, we swam as fast as we could to get OUT!!! haha It was cold, and nasty water. But still so much fun.

Utah

I was able to go up to Utah a few weeks ago for my cousins wedding. It was so great to see all my family there. I even got to stay the night with Kelsey one night and see her fun college life :) We walked around BYU. (they walk everywhere!!! I was trying holding a baby and walking haha I don't think I would want to do that every day)

Liberty and I hung out by the river at Kelsey's apt complex while Kelsey was packing up her stuff. Liberty loved it and wanted to jump in the water and play with the ducks.
