Pictures

I finally took Liberty to a portrait studio to get pictures taken, I am not so much a fan of studio pictures and like it getting photographers better but I knew I needed to. And I was pleasantly surprised and LOVE the pictures we got. I went to Target and spent hardly anything, and ended up with some very cute pictures! 

I am calling these 6 months/ Easter Pictures, Enjoy! 

I don't know why this only scanned half the picture and I am too lazy to do it again :) 


 

Amy Turns 23

I had a wonderful birthday! Jeff and I were both feeling sick on my birthday so we celebrated the next day by going to the Temple and than Dinner. It was a nice night out with my husband. Sunday we went to my mom's for dinner to celebrate with the family. 

Liberty had her first taste of Ice Cream. She loved it! 

Swimming

Last week I took Liberty swimming for the first time. I thought she would like it because of how much she loves her bathes. I was right she loved it!!!

She spent most of her time in the little pool, but she did go in the big pool and really liked it. 

After about an hour of water fun she passed out! 

7 Months Old!

Liberty is growing so fast these days, everyday she discovers something she can do. I love to just sit on the floor and play with her, or watch her play. Her face is so expressive and you can just see it in her eyes how curious she is about everything around her. She is also a very determined baby! 

At 7 Months Liberty is:

*Smiling and Laughing all the time. 

*Scooting everywhere, she still will not crawl. She will get up on her hands and knees but than go back down when she wants to move. She sometimes even gets up on her hands and feet, it's so funny!

*Pulls her self up to standing, she is climbing on everything! 

* Has 2 bottom teeth poking out. 

Ok I know every mother thinks their baby is SOO cute, but COME ON is this not the face of an angle. This girl just melts my heart! 

She hates bows :( It makes me so sad. She now pulls them off every time I put one on. 

This poor girl hates baby food. Will not eat it, shivers when we put the spoon to her face, gags if we get it in. I have even tried making home made baby food and she doesn't want it. But she wants everything we eat :) So we have kinda skipped ahead and she loves the teething bisects. Very Messy but keeps her happy while I make dinner. 

This is also a new face of Liberty, while she sings O O O oooooo it's so cute! 

Lets go Fly a Kite

The Easter Bunny left us all a kite in our baskets, so on thursday we tested out our kites and had a blast. Jeff and I laughed at how easy it was, we remember it being so hard when we were little. It was fun but the wind started to make Liberty's eyes water so we packed up early and headed back inside. 

Easter!

We had a great Easter, it is really late and the pictures took FOREVER to upload so they are out of order and I am going to be short. 

Liberty was SOOO cute in her Easter Dress. It took a lot of convincing for Jeff to give in the idea of a "Easter dress" We grew up with Easter dresses and to me it was a BIG deal. and look we are all happy now and Jeff is now a fan of the Easter Fashions :) JK he is a great sport and always gets into the holidays with me! He totally out did me this year with Easter baskets. 

I LOVE this picture, her face screams, "oops I spilt the grass mom" LOL Don't all moms hate that stupid fake grass, it never goes away no matter how many times you vacuum. 

Liberty learned how to drink from a straw and loves it!

Who do you look like?!?!

It's an on going debate as to who Liberty most looks like, I found this picture of Jeff and thought WOW they look the same. But than I was looking at my picture and I still see some similarities as well. I just think its a good mix. 

The Easter Bunny

We were at Wal Mart on Saturday getting water when we saw the Easter Bunny, (a little creepy looking if you ask me) but we thought we would see if Liberty would sit for a picture and surprisingly she did.

Playing at Grandma's

This weekend I was over at grandma's helping Tiffany get ready for a dance. Liberty had fun playing with her cousins and the doll house. 

I was surprised how long she actually stayed and played with Preston and Kallie. 

After a while Kallie and Preston left to go play with other toys. Liberty was all alone, but playing really well by her self. I was in the bathroom doing Tiffany's makeup when I hear Liberty screaming. I run in to see that she has pulled her self up! She was holding on the doll house standing up and crying, she didn't know how to get down! It was a funny moment I felt so bad for her but as I am picking her up I am saying, "Liberty good job! Your such a big girl! " She is getting so big and doing new things everyday! At least this time I picked her up without pulling out the camera to take a picture first :)

On the move

It's time to baby proof the house. She's not crawling but she sure has mastered the art of the Army crawl. It is so cute to watch her, she gets a little frustrated through. I wish she would figure out how to crawl just so she wont get so frustrated when it takes her so long to get from one place to the other. But on the other hand, I say Liberty take your time!!! I can tell she is going to be on the go and SO happy when she does figure it out. Look at that face it's like she knew she was getting into the WRONG thing.
