Wanna know what I love!?!

I LOVE BABY LEGS I think they are so cute! Even more so I think Liberty looks SO cute when she wears them. But you know what I love even more than babylegs, HOMEMADE baby legs! I found a 3 pack of women's tube socks at Target on sale for $3.88 and this afternoon in about 20 minutes I made four pairs of babylegs! I bought 2 3 packs and both of them had an ugly solid color so I only made the cute ones. (the forth pair is currently on a sleeping baby who wore them to church today)

SO CUTE!!

Liberty will so soon have a pair for everyday of the month! haha

I used a tutorial I found here, but make sure you get the long tube socks it works better and makes them longer so they can wear them for years to come!

I LOVE Jeff's day off. We all look forward to them. I love them so much I'm surprised I don't make a count down chain each week. Today we were very busy I had VT in the morning, came home had lunch cleaned up a little, played the Wii while Liberty slept and then it was time for the dreaded part of the day!! Liberty had to go in to get shots. It's getting harder and harder to take her to the Dr. she is starting to remember what happened last time she was there. It seems like its always shots. Plus why do they make the mom hold them down, it's so cruel to the mother. On the way there Jeff and I argued who should be the one to hold her down this time. I lost and I had to do it again!

After her shots we decided to take her to get a treat. It was so windy outside and Liberty's face was so funny every time we got out of the car. We first tried McDonald's we were very disappointed to learn that not all McDonald's have play places, so 2nd choice and the better choice was Chick-fil-a. They had a AWESOME play place and the nice girl at the front gave Liberty a little stuff Cow after seeing how upset she was from her shots. We had so much watching her play.

I woke up thinking did a pipe break last night! Nope just lots of Rain! This is our backyard.

What our days have been looking like lately.

Rockin out in the car with mom! This was a hard day for me, but as we drove home I realised how good life is right now. And this little face puts me into place when I forget! (She loves to rock out to music in the car, and I love it!)

Bring it 2010!

It's funny what a new year will bring out in everyone. I love that we get to spend time to think about the past year and to look forward to a new year. 2009 had ups and downs for us, but mostly ups! We enjoyed so much family time and LOVED every minute of spending time with Liberty. We bought our first house, bought a Truck, Jeff only has one more year left ASU.. you know all those kind of grown up things. It really was a great year!

Now here's to 2010 may it be the best year yet!

We were all at my mom's house New Years Day playing games. As we sat around the table we went around saying what our goals for this year would be. I said my usual ones, like eat better and get fit. When it came to Jeff, his answer was I have everything I could ever want I can't think of what this year could bring that I don't all ready have. Jeff is so good at that, He lives in the now and sees the good in everything, he is perfect for me in that way. I am always trying to do everything at once, I want it all and I want it all NOW!

So this year, I will take each moment as they come. I will love my family big and small. I will tell them I love them every chance I get for who knows what the next minute may bring. I will strive to become closer to my father in Heaven. I will learn to love everyone I meet. I will be a better wife, mother, sister, daughter, and friend. I will make everyday a good day! I want to go to bed every night with no regrets. I will find happiness in everything. I will go back to the simple life. I love that we get a fresh start with a new year.
