Bye Bye Baby

(Classic 1st day of anything, standing by the tree picture)

Sunday was Liberty's first time in Nursery, I was so excited to be able to actually go to my classes for once. We found her class and met the teachers. Liberty ran right to the toys and started playing. I stayed for a little bit maybe 10 min. There were ALOT of crying kids. But Liberty just looked at them like, are you crazy why are you crying there are toys here! It was so funny. She seemed fine so I left and found Jeff in Sunday School. Maybe 40 min later I see one of the teachers stick their heads in holding Liberty. She had fallen ASLEEP!!! LOL I guess they said they still had about 4 kids crying and after a while it got to Liberty. She got her little pouty lip climbed on the teachers lap and just crashed. I think that is SO funny. She woke up with about 20 min left of church so I went back in with her for the rest of the time. They still had about 3 kids crying. I don't like that they have all the younger kids together I wish I could put Liberty in the bigger class. I know if she went in there and everyone was just playing not crying she would do fine. Oh well. We we see. It was sure fun seeing how big she is getting. I feel like an old mom with my baby in Nursery. haha

18 Months!

Liberty is now 18 months old. What has happened to my little baby! No more babies here we have a full on toddler! Liberty is getting so big, and growing up right before our eyes. It has been so fun to watch the light go on in her head. She understands so much and is so SMART! (we like to think so:)
At 18 months Liberty:

Height: 32 1/2( 75%)
Weight: 21 lbs 10 oz (10%)

Likes
to throw things away in the trash, and I LOVE it! I can tell her go throw this away and she does.
She loves to help me around the house. Her favorite jobs are putting away the dishes and putting the clothes in the dryer. Lets just hope she always enjoys these things.
She is such a little monkey and loves to climb and play on everything!
She LOVES Sesame Street it's her new favorite show.
She is talking more and more and it's so fun to understand what she wants.
Her personality continues to grow everyday! We are learning how to throw fits very well :) I'm by the time we hit 2 she will have perfected them!
She is my best friend and I love being able to spend every minute of my day with her!

Here is a cute little video, we were a little distracted by the cracker mom just took away and that she can see herself :)
excuse my mess of a house in the background.

The Beach

After we got to California and checked into our hotel and we headed over to the beach, after getting lost on the way we finally made it! It was SOOOO cold. Poor Liberty hated every minute of it. But I'm glad we at least stopped by :)

Disneyland!!

Yeah I can finally blog about our wonderful Disneyland trip! We had so much fun! I want to go back already! I'll let the pictures tell the story :)
I was so glad that we got to go with my family, it would have been even better if the WHOLE family could of come, but I guess next time. :)
I was worried about taking Liberty and the rides but it was so great! It was the perfect time to go, Liberty was SO good all 3 days of Disneyland. Longest we had to wait in line was 3o mins, and that was for Indiana Jones on Thursday night. Other than that we walked on to every ride. They make it so nice too with the rider swap pass, I really never had to wait! As soon as everyone else rode 2 of us would take our pass and walk up the exit right to the ride and get on right away and always in the front. It became the golden pass for space mountain everyone wanted to wait behind with Liberty so they could use the pass and get the front seats haha.
Here is Austin, Mason and Jeff rocking out on guitar hero for all of Disneyland :) This may of been the best part for them.
Who knew the tea cups could be so much fun! The boys wanted to go over and over again!
We saw almost all the characters but it seemed every time we did Liberty was asleep or I didn't have my camera with me.

How cute is she, she was so much fun! This is in line for It's a small world. I'm so glad we decide to go on this ride. Liberty LOVED it!! I couldn't get her to stay sitting down. She kept saying oooo, LOOK!! It was so cute! Another favorite ride was the carousal for Liberty. She cried and didn't want to get off. We have a cute video clip I will have to put up, it's her going woo hoo while riding. So cute!

I loved that there was so much time for everything! We never felt rushed or that we couldn't just enjoy everything we went on.

Day 3 was spent at California Adventures, that was so much fun! I was the only one who had been before. It was cold and we were crazy for doing this ride so many times, but it was so much fun!

Freezing and regretting it later :)

I could go on and on about how much fun we had, but I wont! :) Thanks again everyone we had a blast!!!!

That's how we roll

Liberty, sick as they come! poor sick girl watching a movie, she has a runny nose, bad cough and an ear infection. :(
Jeff mowing the lawn with our awesome top of the line electric lawn mower LOL I told him I'm glad he does that cause I would be embarrassed to mow the lawn with that thing, but I guess when that's all the grass we have and a $20 steel on craigslist... It gets the job done!

This and That

Time to play catch up with the blog. In no order what so ever...
We started a garden! It was fun picking out seeds and planting the garden together. The weather has been so nice, its been fun to hang out in our dirt filled back yard.

Liberty loved to help using her little tools daddy bought her.

Valentines Day was amazing this year, and not because of me. I did absolutely NOTHING, NOTHING not a card not NOTHING! How sad for my little family :( Lucky for us Jeff went above and beyond this year. I was surprised at dinner on Saturday night with big girl jewelry. Beautiful diamond earrings and necklace. I was shocked! And so happy. Jeff and I celebrated Saturday by doing dinner and then going to a concert. It was alot of fun, we love going to concerts together and it has been a long time since we have seen any bands we like. Although we had a great time I think we have decided we are now too old to be going to shows. :)
Jeff also got Liberty a little stuffed doggy and a box of chocolates and she loved it! She would take one bite and then put it back, like we all do right :)

For some reason Liberty has been doing this alot... don't ask! :)
Outdoor Soccer is back!! It was really cold but we loved hanging out with Kade and watching Jeff and Michelle play soccer.
A few weeks ago we had some of our Utah family come visit. It's always good to see them. Lindsey and I were able to spend the day at the park with our cousin and his girls. All the kids had so much fun together!
Abby showing us how to make sand angles :)

Wanna know what I love!?!

I LOVE BABY LEGS I think they are so cute! Even more so I think Liberty looks SO cute when she wears them. But you know what I love even more than babylegs, HOMEMADE baby legs! I found a 3 pack of women's tube socks at Target on sale for $3.88 and this afternoon in about 20 minutes I made four pairs of babylegs! I bought 2 3 packs and both of them had an ugly solid color so I only made the cute ones. (the forth pair is currently on a sleeping baby who wore them to church today)
SO CUTE!!
Liberty will so soon have a pair for everyday of the month! haha
I used a tutorial I found here, but make sure you get the long tube socks it works better and makes them longer so they can wear them for years to come!
(I just made some for Kallie so I'll show you what they look like on big girls too)
