Good enough for now

Well we finally finished painting Liberty's room about a month ago. I LOVE how it turned out. There are still lots of little things to do but I'm done for now. After the baby gets here we will finish it up.

The best part is that Liberty LOVES her room. When I first painted the strips she would walk in and say ohhh pretty mom PINK! haha

This wall will have pictures of the girls dressed like fairies :) I can't wait to take those pictures!

I still need to cut out a few more butterfly's for this wall I ran out and then was to lazy to make more :) give me a few weeks...

I cut this out of vinyl and LOVE it!

We found the window up at Jeff's cabin and I knew I wanted it to go in the girls room. It still need a little some thing more on that wall just not sure what I want to do with it yet. I also still need to find curtains to hang up. Also take a look at my AMAZING glider. I just got it yesterday from my 2 wonderful friends Kaylyn and Michelle. They knew I had been looking for one and they recovered this one and gave it to me as my shower gift, best friends EVER right?!?!

Sick is no fun!

Poor Liberty woke up the day after her birthday party sick! So we have been laying low and hanging around the house all week. Well today I woke up feeling really sick. But I think Liberty has had enough and has been begging to get out all day. She has had her purse in hand all day begging to go to Grandmas house. When I told her grandma had to work, she then said she wanted to go see Grammy! haha I told her we don't want to get Grammy sick. Finally around 4 this afternoon I see her by the door with her purse and daddy's back pack. She tells me daddy needs his back pack and we need to go bye bye and give it to him. :)

So we decide it's time to get out and go walk to the park! I hope we all start to feel better soon!

Look who is 2!

Happy Birthday Liberty!

We actually spent her birthday throwing Jeff and a few friends a birthday party. I wish I would of had my camera cause it was SO much fun!

But on Sunday we had family over for cake and Ice Cream for Liberty's birthday. It was so nice to so many family members come to celebrate with us.

She finally caught on that it was her Birthday and kept saying "my birthday" all day long. It was too cute!

We are so blessed to have Liberty in our family. She brings so much happiness to my day I can not even begin to explain how much I love her! We also like to think that she is one smart cookie she makes us all laugh all the day long with her funny sayings and the new things she learns.

The other day I bought a bouncer chair for the baby and Liberty wanted to get it out and put it together so Minni could have a bed. She now drags that thing all around the house saying this is Minni's bed. We may have a problem when baby sister gets here and wants to use it :)

Another funny story, the other week while at my Dad's house for dinner he asked Liberty where baby sister was. She lifted up her shirt and pointed to her belly :)

We are still trying to help her understand that a baby is coming!

Every night before bed we read books, brush teeth and say prayers. One night after books and brushing teeth she ran out of the bathroom saying DAD PRAYERS!!! I didn't even say anything to her, it was so cute. She LOVES to say prayers and every night she tells us who's turn it is to say them. WHAT A SWEET SPIRIT!

I could go on and on about her, she is the love of our lives! Happy Birthday baby girl!

Baby?

Remember how I'm having a baby? I have to keep reminding my self, physical it's easy to remember I feel so BIG and SWOLLEN it's hard not to remember that I'm pregnant especially when trying to get out of bed or off the couch haha.

But I can not get it to stick in my head that A BABY IS COMING!!! I am soon to be the mother of 2 kids, WHAT! How did I get so old and grown up haha.

I went to the dr yesterday and they said I am 2cm and 50%, I didn't rush home and pack my bags! I was a 2cm and 90% with Liberty for 3 weeks. But it is fun to hear that the end is near and soon this little baby will be here. I should however start to get ready for this baby, you know she might want a bed or clothes when she comes :) I have so many things to get done and projects I want to do but my body says NO sit down and watch TV.

For now I am enjoying every minute I get with Liberty. I'm enjoying my last few weeks as a mother of one! I can't think about the 2 kids thing for too long I start to PANIC!

Happy Birthday!

Friday we went up to the Williamsons cabin and it was also Jeff's birthday! All day long Liberty kept saying happy birthday daddy! It was so cute! These are pretty much the only pictures I took on my camera the whole weekend :( my mom has TONS so I will have to get copies from her and do a better weekend post later.

Happy Birthday Jeff, we are so glad you were able to get away for a few days and relax!

Jeff works so hard for our family, we LOVE him!

My Husband the Author!

One of the many things I love about Jeff is that he does not DREAM he DOES! When he wants to do something nothing can stop him. Writing a book was one of those dreams. I think it was around the time Liberty was born and he had time off of work that he started to write a book. It's a fictional story about a short time of his life. Well 2 years later he has now published the book :) I read it and think it is WONDERFUL but I may be bias cause I am one of the main charters. he he

ABC's

I'm trying to get all of our pictures and videos on the computer, I stubbled upon this little clip of Liberty from a few months ago. She LOVES to say her ABC's not sure why she felt the need to yell them but it was FUNNY! Anytime she sees letters or words anywhere she starts to say ABCD... it's so cute!
