Back to School

Jeff Started School this week. He started at ASU in the Business Administration program. I'm so proud of him. Lucky for the both of us, this semester all of his classes are on the ASU EAST campus (Where we live) We went and bought him a bike to ride to his classes (sad day our Vespa died this summer, so we had to go to a bike) I'm glad that his classes are so close this way we cut out drive time and I will be able to see him more at night. I don't tell him enough but I'm so impressed with his dedication to work and school, full time work and school is not the ideal life but he does it for our little family and I'm so grateful to him. GOOD LUCK JEFF! And good luck to everyone else who is back in school.

Thanks!

My Baby Shower was so awesome! Thanks to everyone who came and a big thanks to my mom, Krista and Lindsey for putting it all together, and sis Carmichael for letting us use her home. I had so much fun and enjoyed seeing everyone there. Now we just need a baby to fill the room of gifts :)

(Random)
After my shower Kallie and Preston came over with my mom to help me unload all the gifts. He crawled up to played a little rock band. (with Tiffany's help) Just thought it was super cute and had to share. :)

A simply wonderful saturday

Jeff has had to work almost every Saturday the last few months, so when he called me Friday after work and said he manager was going to work for him on Saturday I was so happy! So what did we do with a Saturday off finally.... NOTHING!!! Haha we both had to laugh that suddenly we didn't know what to do with all this time off together. But we managed to fill our day, we woke up and hit a few garage sales looking for a jogging stroller. We didn't have any luck and it was too hot to keep looking, so we went home and cleaned up the house a bit and than filled up our little pool in the back and layed out on the back porch for a few hours. Jeff worked on trying to fix his scooter, we really want to get it working again before school starts so he can ride it around campus to all of his classes. After a few hours of the sun, swimming and Popsicles we got ready and made the drive out to Maricopa for a BBQ at our friends (The Sessions) home. Lindsey and the kids came over and car pooled with us. We had a great time with old friends from high school. I'm glad we had a wonderful Saturday to spend together.

Sorry for the pointless posts :) I never have anything to post, so this is for the few people who really wanted a post even if it was about nothing. (Kelsey)

SICK!

Jeff grew out a mustache a few weeks ago. I HATED IT!!!!! I said he could keep it for 1 hour. That soon turned into 2 days! (shows you how much say I have in things haha) Jeff today informed me that the "stache" is coming back. He gets 2 months off of work when the baby is born and he apparently sees this as a perfect time to grow out a mustache! Heaven help me!!!! I said NO but lets see if he listens to me this time.

My Trip to Utah!

Last week I was able to meet up with my mom and family up in West Jordan, UT for some family time :) My sister Kelsey is living with my Aunt Mary right now so we all went up to visit kelsey and all the other family from my moms side that live up there. It was so much fun! So much fun that I hardly took any pictures but here are a few:

This was our Pioneer day celebration. We had dinner at my Aunt Mary's and than the boys put on a fire works show for us that night. Mason had a blast with the fire works!

Lunch and Shopping with the girls at Gardner Village. Tiffany, Lindsey, Preston, Kelsey, Tiffany, Mom, Aunt Mary, Joy and Jared.

We also went to Gateway Mall on Saturday and shopped around. I would like to say it was wonderful but I was too hot to care! It could have been great! Next time we need to go at night. Here is my mom and Kallie showing off there cool sunglasses.

America's Next Top Model watch out! Here comes Kallie. She was so cute to watch in the 2 story Forever 21. She had so much fun trying everything on.

This girl needs a dog!

All the Girls! I love my family! That was such a fun trip.

One Year Down, the rest of our Lives to Go!

Thursday was Jeff's and mine 1 year anniversary, I unfortunately was sick and dead to the world that day. Weds night I got a really really really bad Kidney infection. Holy Moly the most awful pain I have ever felt. So as I lay in bed all day on Thursday I had plenty of time to think about the past year and how lucky I am to have such a wonderful Husband. He takes such good care of me. Our first year of marriage has been so wonderful! Married one year and best friends for almost 8 years now I feel like the luckiest girl ever! I wanted to find some fun pictures from the past 8 years but can’t find where I’ve stored all of my old pictures. SCARY! But here are a few that I found from the last year and a few other old ones.

Last minute Jeff surprised me with a weekend trip to the Scottsdale Hyatt at Ganiey Ranch! This is where we stayed on our wedding night. This is our place, as Jeff says. We had dinner there for Homecoming in High School and this is also where we went for our "last date" before his mission. We had so much this weekend! We swam all afternoon than went to dinner, relaxed in our room, and swam again late that night. It was the perfect weekend. While we were swimming Saturday we reminisced about the past year and all the fun we have had. I can't wait for the rest of our lives together! Thanks Jeff for being the most wonderful husband ever!
