Liberty's Birthday

This year for Liberty's birthday we took her to the Disney Store to buy a Jessie Doll. She LOVES Toy Story, just like her dad. We were at her friends house Chloe's the other day and she saw that Chloe had a Jessie and after that she couldn't stop talking about it. We got to the Disney Store just in time for a fun little game activity they had planned. It was a trivia Disney game for all the kids in the store at the time. After that we told them it was Liberty's birthday and they gave her a birthday crown, a birthday button and some coloring pages! It turned out to be a fun day at the Disney Store. 

 After we were done at the Disney Store we took her out to lunch, her choice! So it was off to McDonalds! 

After McDonalds we headed home for quite time, we borrowed Toy Story 2 from a friend to watch. That night she had Dance, after Dance we picked up pizza for dinner and then I took her to Wal Mart to pick out a treat for after dinner. It was a perfect day! Happy Birthday Liberty! 

Liberty's 5!

Happy 5th Birthday to our sweet and sassy Liberty!

Liberty is so grown up, she has really grown up a lot this year and has been such a big help to me since having Kenley. She is the best big sister, Her and Paisley spend their days playing non stop with each other. 

She loves to color and craft, she is a little smarty and is always asking to how to spell different words so she can practice writing.

5 Months Old!

Happy 5 months old Kenley!

This is little girl is such a JOY! We all love her so much. She is so HAPPY! It's easy to spend a good hour sitting and making her laugh and smile because it's so easy to do. She hasn't slowed down in growing, I just bought her some 9 month old clothes to fit her cute little chubby self! She has started waking up more at night to eat I miss her long night time stretches of sleep and hope she gets back to doing that very soon! 

She finally rolled over!! Best part was we were video taping the girls playing around one night and just happened to put the camera on Kenley right as she rolled over for the first time. I'm so glad we caught it on film. 

The bad part about rolling over is she now rolls onto her back as she is trying to sleep and it keeps her up until I go in and roll her back to her tummy :( I think after a few times she has finally learned not to fight it and to stay on her tummy. 

She has also started to sit up on her own. Liberty was actually the one to discover she could do it. I was getting ready one day and Liberty was playing with Kenley in the family room. Liberty came running in to tell me Kenley was sitting up all by herself! It sure makes play time more fun when you can sit up like a big girl.

4 Months Old

We are loving life with this cute little girl. She continues to be the happiest baby ever! She has the most beautiful smile and the best part is she smiles with her eyes.

She likes to be laid down to fall asleep all on her own. All my other girls liked to be rocked to sleep. She cries for about 5 minutes every time and then she is out! She has started to suck on her fingers, but she really likes to suck on her fingers with a blanket over her fingers. We have her in the pack n play in our room right now and the sheets are a little lose on her bed so when I lay her down on her tummy she will gather up a little bit of the sheet and stick in her in mouth to suck on as she falls asleep! It's so funny/cute. 

The girls have started to call her Kenny and the name as stuck with all of us! We love you Kenny Ken! 

Happy Campers

Who am I? Camping with a baby?! I would have NEVER done any of the things I've done with Kenley as a baby with my other kids. In fact when Paisley was a baby I made Jeff do a day trip to the cabin with his family because I refused to spend the night in the cabin. A cabin... In doors, heat, water, bathrooms...

Ok so I did sleep in my Dad's RV this trip, but still I was so proud of my self. Dang postpartum depression has robbed me from all these fun experiences in the past but I am so thankful that it has not been that way this time. Any who that's a whole other post on it's own.  

The weekend before mason left on his mission we were able to take one last family vacation. It was a quick over night camping trip but it was so much fun, beautiful location and amazing weather. 

I think one of the best things to do as a kid is to camp! It is totally their element and it is so fun to watch them run around and get dirty! Our girls had a blast with cousins and family. 

 I'd camp every day of my life if I didn't have to sleep. haha I LOVE camping but absolutely hate sleeping while camping. The nights are long and horrible sleeping in a tent with kids. Some how, I convinced Jeff to sleep in the tent with the girls while Kenley and I slept in the RV with my dad. It made it bearable. 

Reggie picked the camping spot and it was perfect! There was a near by lake that we spent both days playing in the water, rafting and fishing. It's safe to say fun was had by all who attended this camping trip. Can't wait to go back! 

Best Vacation EVER!

The Best Vacation EVER! At the end of August we headed out to California to stay at the Moonlight Beach Motel. This is quickly becoming one of our families favorite vacation spots. I was a little nervous bringing along a new born but it turned out to be just fine and I'd do it again! We had so much fun! We went with my Mom, Mason, Kelsey and Craig. We had 2 rooms right next door to each other and it was non stop fun all day. 

 Eating breakfast in our room. The motel had The Disney Chanel and these girls were in heaven watching fun cartoons every morning. I can't believe we are "that" family with Disney deprived kids ;) 

 We spent everyday on the beach and loved every minute of it. It was so relaxing to just hang out and let the kids play in the sand and the big kids boogie board. 

 I tried my best to keep Kenley in the shade all day but she still got a little sun burnt the first day. After that I made sure she never saw day light :) 

 The girls LOVED the sand, Paisley loved it so much she decided to roll around in it until she was covered head to toe. 

 Boogie boarding was amazing as always. We finally all got smart and invested in some good boards and we all had a blast riding the waves. 

 With Mason getting so close to leaving on his mission it was so nice to just be together with family. We just wish that everyone could have came. 

 Every night we would leave the beach hurry back to our rooms to shower and change and then walk down main street to get some dinner. It was pure bliss and I can't wait to do it again! 

 One of our all time favorite place is this pizza place with the giant slice! The pizza is huge and so yummy!

3 Months Old

3 Months Old!

Kenley is growing up WAY too fast! She still is the best baby ever! She is all smiles now and we love it. She has even started to let out some giggles. A babies laugh is one of the best noises in the world! She gets fatter and fatter every day and I LOVE IT! She is heathy and happy. She is still sleeping great. She still does about 4-5 hour stretches and heck I'll take it! She loves her sisters so much. Liberty is a little mommy and just wants to help out with everything. She even has started to ask to change diapers. Paisley can't get enough of Kenley. If Kenley is awake Paisley is up and in her face talking to her non stop. It's a mothers dream to watch all my 3 girls love on each other. 

No signs of rolling over yet, both of the other girls rolled over by now but they also HATED tummy time. Kenley LOVES tummy time. I think it's because she sleeps on her tummy, and it's because of that , that I'm in no hurry for her to learn how to roll over.
